International Orders

Return & Exchange Policy

1. All orders for customers in the USA must be received through the shopping cart.

2. No email orders.

3. Shipping is FREE for all orders being shipped in the United States. 

1. All international orders must be done through EMAIL.

2. To order, simply follow these few steps:

-Go shopping in our user friendly website and select your products.

-Make a list of each product's SKU number and the quantity of that item you would like to purchase.

-Email our office (coxcreekpets@gmail.com) each SKU number accompanied with the quantity of that product you would like to purchase along with your name and mailing address.

3. Once received, our office will email you the total cost of your products.

4. Upon your price approval, orders will be prepared and postage costs figured.

5. Postage is based on weight and custom figured for each order. Anticipate higher shipping costs on heavy metal objects.

6. A PayPal money request detailing product and postage cost due will be sent for final approval and payment.

7. International orders will not ship until payment is received.

8. We only use the United States Postal Service.

9. International orders may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Your patience is appreciated.

10. Serious orders only! International orders take considerable more time and effort to prepare.

Each consumer is responsible for determining the suitability of these products for their individual situation. Consumer accepts all responsibility by purchasing and using these products.
